Customer support representative - full time (remote)
Our ideal candidate:
- Has at least 2 years of a full-time job experience as a customer support representative;
- Experienced in customer support soft and CRMs: Zendesk, Shopify, Klaviyo;
- Has excellent communication skills;
- Native English speaker;
- Has a good understanding of what makes a customer experience great;
- Has a desire to learn and develop;
What are you going to do?
- Interact with existing customers via email;
- Provide assistance with our website;
- Handle complaints and issues;
- Process refunds and exchanges;
Graphic designer - part time (remote)
Our ideal candidate has:
- At least 3 years of experience in web and graphic design;
- A diverse portfolio;
- A proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, Sketch etc;
- A desire to learn and develop;
- Strong communication skills, ability to explain thought processes present ideas;
- Ability to work independently;
- Creative thinking while following brand standards
What are you going to do?
- Create impactful designs for labels/packaging with mockups, presentations, print ads, brand & marketing collateral, point of sale, digital media ads, e-commerce sites assets, social media assets, and other related materials.
- Ensure all artworks meet brand positioning and definitions while ensuring the accuracy of all packaging information (spelling, graphics, informational copy, and compliance with established design parameters).
- Develops and implements visual elements or creative concepts for project deliverables.
- Integrates images, graphics, text, etc. with a great sense of aesthetics, while executing against the brand and/or product vision and the creative brief.
- Preparing graphic design files for printing according to different print methods
